It seems to be a broken mobile port. The tutorial for building fences never progresses and you can never actually open your zoo or do anything else really. So sad that this still gets sold like this. It is simply not playable at all. Could be a nice little game otherwise. Sad.. Game is not intuitive and the economy is hard to master especially for a kids game. Spent about an hour trying to get a park up and running and there is no tutorial that I could find to help.
